Next to our core business, we have been getting more involved in the real estate business for the last few years.  This sprang from our purchase of gas stations and garages in connection with successor regulations or with a fuel brand change.  With time we have expanded these real estate activities with gas stations continually to include business and office buildings, apartment houses and industrial properties.

 

We buy, manage and rent properties in Switzerland and abroad.  Our goal is the maintenance and appreciation – in the senseof a solid long-term capital investment.

On this basis, we continue to build and establish our real estate portfolio. In addition, we support you in technical, commercial and financial questions.  We also offer you

sustainable solutions for takeovers, successor regulations and joint ventures.
